Lanolin

Lanolin, also know as wool wax, is a soft yellow substance found on sheep skin. This wax is waterproof and helps to protect the sheep's wool. Although other companies have used a chemical process to extract it, lanolin can easily be extracted by hand squeezing or use of machines.

What does it do?

- Lanolin is similar to our skins natural sebum, so is easily absorbed. This makes it a great moisturizer for the skin and hair!

- Lanolin is full of fatty acids that feed and nourish the skin.

- Lanolin is also very protective for the skin and hair.

- Lanolin makes the skin feel plumper, hence why we use it in Skin's Shangri La!

- Lanolin is very soothing too!
