Rose Oil

'Rose' comes from the arabic word meaning perfume and is assumed to be the first essential oil ever to be distilled. Rose oil is made up of over 300 parts which creates a complex fragrance. Our rose oil comes from the Damask rose, grown in Bulgaria, Turkey, Russia, India and China and is extracted by steam distillation. Rose oil is more expensive than rose absolute as the extraction produces less oil.

What does it do?

- Rose oil is considered to be an aphrodisiac. Sexy! But it's also a symbol of love and innocence.

- Rose oil has been used to balance the mood since ancient Greece

- Rose oil is very smoothing, making it great on mature or dryer skin

- Rose oil also helps reduce redness

Products it's in:

- Breath of God, Imogen Rose, Euphoria, The Voice of Reason

- Rose Jam

- Full of Grace

- Turkish Delight

- Chou Chou I Love You

- Ro's Argan Body Conditioner

- Happy Happy Joy Joy, Blousey
