Shea butter

Shea butter comes from the nut of the Karite tree and was seen as extremely valuable during the reign of Cleopatra in Ancient Egypt. Our Shea butter is the best quality, fairly traded and hand-processed using traditional methods. The main difference between Shea and cocoa butter is that Shea butter is lighter.

What does it do?

-Shea butter is naturally compatible with our skin, so it absorbs easily and carries active ingredients.

-Shea butter is moisturising and softening on the skin.

-Shea butter is great on sensitive skin and is even used in Africa for baby massage.

-Shea butter is packed full of vitamin A. Vitamin A keeps the skin looking youthful and helps to repair any damage.
