Witch Hazel

Common witch hazel is native to North America, and produces vivid yellow flowers. It is said to have leaves that are similar to the hazel plant, which is where the plant may have got it's name. To extract the witch hazel, the bark and twigs of the plant are dried and then steamed.

What does it do?

- Witch hazel is antibacterial, protecting against bacteria. Good news for Grease Lightning, bad news for spots!

- Witch hazel is anti-inflammatory, helping to prevent irritation on sensitive or red skin.

- Witch hazel is astringent, which means it has a tightening effect. So that's why Ayesha is good for that instant 'lifted' feeling!

Products it's in:

- Witch hazel extract: Ayesha, Grease Lightning, Vanishing Cream, Prince Triple Orange Blossom.

- Witch hazel infusion: Aromaco.
